Rachel excitedly joined HCC as a Case Manager and has worked with families in Humboldt county in a variety of settings since moving to Humboldt in 2016. With a passion for healing and a deep belief in the power of connection, she brings both experience and heart to her role as a Case Manager. Rachel has worked extensively with youth and families in the dependency system, providing support and guidance during challenging times.
Rachel finds fulfillment in watching individuals discover their strengths, talents, and potential. She is deeply invested in helping clients set and achieve their goals, fostering a sense of empowerment and personal growth. With a compassionate, collaborative approach, Rachel is dedicated to supporting the well-being of the families she works with and contributing to the collective healing of the community.
