When Simple Practice asks your for your email, please use the email address that you provided to staff when you initially contacted us.
Rather than using a password, Simple Practice will send you an email with a link that will take you back to the app.
The Simple Practice portal will help you in learning about future appointments, cancel appointments, pay invoices and more. If you have any trouble with logging into the portal, please reach out to your HCC provider. We appreciate your staying connected with us!
