Lyran’s practice focuses on trauma, depression, mood disorders and anxiety. They create a safe environment working with LGBTQIA2S+ people, and other individuals to move forward when stuck in life by using evidenced based interventions such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) (Level I &II trained), IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy) (Level 1 trained), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Theory), and uses other client centered, strength based models.
Lyran graduated in 2016 with their Master’s in Social Work from Humboldt State University. Their social work background has led them to believe in a holistic therapy practice that connects all pieces of life using Systems and Attachment theories to assist with transformation.
